You are not alone.\n\nThis Zoom gathering\, hosted by the Executive Director of the ELEA\, offers a welcoming\, low-pressure space to talk honestly about the realities of pastoring alongside a school or early learning center that is a ministry of the congregation.\n\nBring your questions\, challenges\, and curiosities. Learn about resources and support available through ELEA. Listen in\, share wisdom\, and connect with others navigating similar ministry contexts.\n\nThis is a safe\, collegial conversation space not a presentation.
