Serving a congregation with a school, preschool, or early childhood center can be deeply meaningful—and unexpectedly complex. Many rostered leaders are called into settings with schools without prior training or experience in educational ministry, governance, or staff support. You are not alone.

This Zoom gathering, hosted by the Executive Director of the ELEA, offers a welcoming, low-pressure space to talk honestly about the realities of pastoring alongside a school or early learning center that is a ministry of the congregation.

Bring your questions, challenges, and curiosities. Learn about resources and support available through ELEA. Listen in, share wisdom, and connect with others navigating similar ministry contexts.

This is a safe, collegial conversation space—not a presentation. The room will remain open for the full hour, and participants are welcome to join and leave as their schedules allow.
